30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused or like new)
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Consumable products (treats, supplements, cleaning solutions) that have been opened
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that show significant signs of use or damage not caused by a defect
